SILICONE MASTERBATCH LYSI-401 è una formulazione pellettizzata con il 50% di polimero silossanico ad altissimo peso molecolare disperso in polietilene a bassa densità (LDPE). È ampiamente utilizzato come additivo efficiente per il sistema di resina compatibile con PE per migliorare le proprietà di lavorazione e la qualità della superficie, come una migliore capacità di flusso della resina, riempimento e rilascio dello stampo, minore coppia dell'estrusore, coefficiente di attrito inferiore, maggiore resistenza al mercato e all'abrasione.

La serie Silaplane™ FM-07, incluso Silaplane™ FM-0721 con un peso molecolare (Mn) di 5000, può reagire con le resine acriliche per conferire le eccellenti proprietà del silicone a varie resine organiche. Di conseguenza, Silaplane™ può essere utilizzato come materia prima per i polimeri.
