HALOX® Z-PLEX® 111 is a white, nonrefractive, corrosion inhibiting pigment used in protective coating systems. HALOX® Z-PLEX® 111 is highly versatile and more economical to use than commercial zinc phosphate.

HALOX® SZP-391 è il pigmento inibitore della corrosione più efficiente e versatile. HALOX® SZP-391 è consigliato per l'uso in un'ampia varietà di sistemi di resina. HALOX® SZP-391 è ugualmente efficace in resine come alchidiche (sia tradizionali che ad alto solido), resine epossidiche, lattice, alchidici riducibili in acqua e resine ad alto valore di acido, sistemi di cottura catalizzati e lattici di cloruro di vinilidene.

HALOX® 430 is a non-toxic, heavy metal-free anticorrosive pigment designed for use in water-borne and solvent-borne protective coating systems. HALOX® 430 is based on a unique synergy between an ion scavenging and passivation mechanism. It is recommended for use in long-term applications where the use of heavy metals, such as zinc, strontium, barium, molybdenum, and chromate, is of concern.

HALOX® SW-111 is a white, nonrefractive, corrosion inhibiting pigment used in protective coating systems. HALOX® SW-111 is recommended for use in most water-borne and solvent-borne epoxies. HALOX® SW-111 can be formulated into most water reducible resin systems and corrosion resistant caulks and sealants.

HALOX® 550 is an inorganic-organic hybrid corrosion inhibitor to protect water-based and solvent-based coatings. HALOX® 550 is offering multiple advantages as listed. Thin-film applications (<10 µm), easy to disperse, post-addable, reduces white rust on galvanized, reduces black rust on Galvalume™, increases hydrophobicity, improves anti-fingerprint, no effect on gloss, compatible with water and solvent-based coatings, reduces silver, aluminium oxidation, high temp stable, non-flammable, pH stable, low freeze point. HALOX® 550 is suitable for the applications of clear coats, direct-to-metal, latex primers, coatings, acrylic emulsions, water-dispersible alkyds, and alkyd emulsions, polyesters, epoxy, urethane, and high gloss coatings.  

HALOX® 650 è un inibitore di corrosione organico progettato principalmente per rivestimenti e primer su superfici metalliche. HALOX® 650 è specificamente progettato per l'uso in applicazioni a base di solventi o vernici a polvere per fornire una protezione dalla corrosione a lungo termine. HALOX® 650 è adatto per l'applicazione di resine da coil coating come acrilici termoplastici o epossidici, sistemi di verniciatura in polvere come poliestere/TGIC, sistemi termoindurenti catalizzati da acidi come melamina o urea-formaldeide e primer wash (etch) a base di PVB.
