Shanghai, China, December 11, 2024 — DKSH, a leading distributor of specialty chemicals and ingredients, has signed a non-exclusive distribution agreement with W. R. Grace Trading (Hong Kong) Ltd. (Grace), a global leader in catalysts, engineered materials, and fine chemicals. Under this collaboration, DKSH’s Performance Materials Business Unit will distribute Grace’s portfolio of silica-based products in the Chinese market, enhancing accessibility and support for local manufacturers.

Through this agreement, DKSH will provide business development, marketing, sales, logistics, and distribution services for Grace’s advanced products, including:
- Matting agents
- Anti-corrosion pigments
- Molecular sieves
- Colloidal silica
- Anti-block agents
