LDPE REPSOL ALCUDIA PE003 is a low density polyethylene grade, produced by high pressure autoclave technology, for blown or cast film applications. This material offers easy processability and good balance of mechanical and optical propreties. It does not contain any additives. Applications are Thin shrink film, Heavy duty sacks, Lamination to different substrates (paper, aluminium foil, etc), with or without adhesive.

HDPE REPSOL ALCUDIA 5605N est un composé bimodal de polyéthylène noir haute densité conçu pour offrir un très faible retrait pendant le traitement. Il contient du noir de carbone bien dispersé et des antioxydants afin d’assurer respectivement la résistance aux rayons UV et le vieillissement thermique. Les applications sont le revêtement noir des câbles d’alimentation et de télécommunication.

La résine EVA REPSOL PRIMEVA® P2870C est recommandée pour les applications d’adhésifs thermofusibles, le moulage par injection et l’extrusion de profilés. Cette résine EVA présente une faible teneur en gel. Il contient un antioxydant et un agent fluide.

REPSOL ALCUDIA 2202Fis a high molecular weight, low density polyethylene which offers easy processing combined with good mechanical properties. Its molecular characteristics make it be an excellent product for the Monosil process. The outstanding feature of this product is its cross-linking efficiency. This grade does not contain antioxidant therefore its addition is necessary to guarantee thermal stability of the final product.
