Chongqing Werlchem New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2007 with a registered capital of 64.97 million yuan. It is a national high-tech enterprise led by exports. The company provides CDMO and CMO services, mainly providing customized R&D and production services for electronic display and semiconductor enterprises, daily beauty enterprises, and pharmaceutical enterprises. The end customers are mainly distributed in South Korea (Samsung, LG Chemical, etc.), Japan, Europe, and domestic markets.

The company is headquartered in the northern new area of Chongqing, with a production base in the Guang'an National Economic and Technological Development Zone in Sichuan, and a research and development center established in the Chongqing Soil and Dadi Enterprise Park. The photoinitiator for photoresist produced by the company (with three invention patents applied) is mainly used in liquid crystal displays, OLEDs, and semiconductor fields, with the ability to produce 1000 tons of photoinitiator and 20000 tons of photoresist annually.
The company has applied for 13 national invention patents and obtained 7 invention patent authorizations, all of which have achieved achievement transformation.
