SILICONE MASTERBATCH LYSI-401 is a pelletized formulation with 50% ultra high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in low density polyethylene (LDPE ). It is widely used as an efficient additive for PE compatible resin system to improve the processing properties and surface quality, such as better resin flow ability , mold filling & release, less extruder torque , lower coefficient of friction , greater mar and abrasion resistance.

FINE-BLEND EMI-100 is styrene-acrylonitrile binary random copolymer, and it has colorless bead appearance. FINE-BLEND EMI-100 is a general purpose , low molecular weight masterbatch carrier activator. It can provide superior solutions of activation for ABS, AS masterbatch carrier. Significantly increase the amount of pigment filled, accelerated masterbatch dispersion. It can solve the terminal products’ FAQ like pitting, decreased surface gloss and color difference which is due to lack of pigment dispersion. It is an ideal choice for terminal products which need excellent aesthetic effect.

FINE-BLEND® EMI-200 is a common type of flow modifiers, which can provide excellent a melt flow solution for high-viscosity resin to ensure a molded article having fewer defects, and more glossy appearance. Especially it’s suitable PC, ABS and its alloys for applications of larger, thinner, higher gloss.

Luna-flow K F615 is a masterbatch of an acrylic polymer in hydroxylated saturated polyester. It is used as FCA, flow control agent in powder coating. Active content: 15% of thermoplastic acrylic polymer.
