TREHALOSE PH is a non-reducing disaccharide consisting of two glucose molecules linked by an α,α-1,1 bond. Trehalose can mask unpleasant tastes and odors, improving the quality and acceptability of finished pharmaceuticals (dry syrups, liquid preparations, tablets and chewable). Trehalose enhances the stability of minerals (particularly magnesium and calcium) and increases their solubility. Due to its non-reducing end, trehalose does not react with amino acids and therefore contributes to their stability. It is available in two grades Trehalose 100PH which is used mainly as an excipient for stabilizing proteins and other pharmaceutical and medical applications and Trehalose SG is an injectable grade (low endotoxin), which can be used to stabilize protein-based pharmaceuticals.

FERROUS FUMARATE is used in the fortification of foods for infants and young children; Soluble ferrous salts are most effective by mouth. Ferrous fumarate is an easily absorbed source of iron for replacement therapy. It is a salt of ferrous iron with an organic acid and is less irritant to the gastro-intestinal tract than salts with inorganic acids.

MAGNESIUM SULPHATE HEPTAHYDRATE BP BP is primarily intended for use in bottled water products as a flavor enhancer however, it is also used as a nutrient in salt replacers, dietary supplements, carbonated diet soft drink beverages, sports drinks and enhanced (fortified) water beverages and as a fermentation aid in the production of beer and malt beverages. Magnesium sulphate heptahydrate has a bitter, saline, cooling taste. It’s found in foods such as flour, cheese and confectionary.

MAGNESIUM CHLORIDE HEXAHYDRATE EP/BP/FCC is used in several medical and topical (skin related) applications. Product suitable for parenteral applications; Infusion and Dialysis Solutions; suitable for infant formula, baby food, nutraceuticals, mineralized water, sports drinks and beverages, biopharma and veterinarian applications.
