XANTHAN GUM (XG-QUICK-T) is a high molecular weight polysaccharide gum produced by a pure-culture fermentation of corn starch with strains of Xanthomonas campestris. Xanthan Gum (XG-QUICK-T) is a transparent product with fast dispersion properties and can be used in drinks, jelly, and is ideal for thickened geriatric foods.

GELLAN GUM HA60

Gellan gum is a high molecular weight polysaccharide gum produced by a pure culture fermentation of a carbohydrate by strains of Pseudomonas elodea, purified by recovery with propan-2-ol or ethanol, dried, and milled. The glucuronic acid is neutralised to a mixed potassium, sodium, calcium, and magnesium salt. It can be used as a particle suspending agent and stabilizer in fruit juice and vegetable protein drinks 0.025%-0.035%.
XANTHAN GUM (XG-C200)

XANTHAN GUM (XG-C200) is a high molecular weight polysaccharide gum produced by a pure-culture fermentation of a carbohydrate with strains of Xanthomonas campestris, purified by recovery with ethanol or propan-2-ol, dried and milled. It contains D-glucuronic and D-mannose as the dominant hexose unites, along with D-glucuronic acid and pyruvic acid, and is prepared as the sodium, potassium or calcium salt. Its solutions are neutral.
