BR-1042MB

BR-1042MB is a bio-based polyether urethane methacrylate oligomer with a substantial amount of bio-based content and is tin-free. This is a medium hardness version of our biobased products. This oligomer has a good balance of toughness and flexibility. The bio-based backbone, methacrylate functionality and tin-free nature make this an excellent choice for consumer applications with low irritancy.

BR-1043MB

BR-1043MB is a biobased polyether urethane methacrylate oligomer with a majority percentage (75%) of biobased content. This oligomer provides excellent low-temperature flexibility, elasticity, and excellent dynamic properties and rebound with a lower viscosity versus similar polyether chemistries. The oligomer exhibits a higher degree of heat resistance vs other polyether oligomers. The high biobased backbone and methacrylate functionality make this an excellent candidate for consumer applications with low irritancy requirements.
BRC-843

BRC-843 is a difunctional, hydrophobic urethane acrylate which can be formulated to be used in heavy-duty industrial and commercial applications. The resulting tough film makes an effective, non-yellowing, protective single-coating that extends the substrates use-life. The low water absorption and alkaline resistance make this oligomer perfect for the following industries: aerospace, appliance, automotive, cosmetic, electronic, industrial, medical device, metal finishing, and UV-curable inks & coatings. BRC-843 exhibits retention of mechanical properties after exposure to high temperatures (200°C for 30 minutes). In addition to the adhesion properties listed in the table below, BRC-843 also shows excellent adhesion to ABS, PVC, PMMA, and polystyrene.
BR-573M

BR-573M is a tin-free difunctional aliphatic polyether urethane methacrylate. BR-573M is an excellent candidate to consider for use in tough 3D printing resins or nail gel applications. As a primary oligomer, BR-573M offers excellent properties of hardness, adhesion and optical clarity. As a co-oligomer, BR-573M can be used to improve an existing formulation’s adhesion and impact resistance. This product has low skin sensitivity and good optical properties.
