LINKWELL DBD is used as peptizer for NR, ESBR (in the temperature of above 120℃). It is suitable for high temperature mixing and should be added at the beginning of banburying. No blooming, has no affect on product’s aging property. It’s dosage for NR is 0.05%-0.5%, and for ESBR is 0.5%-0.3%.

LINKWELL TBZTD is a secondary accelerator or a fast curing primary accelerator in NR, SBR and NBR applications. LINKWELL TBzTD is also used as a vulcanizing agent in most of the sulfur cured elastomers. Developed to replace thiurams such as Linkwell TMTD where the presence of nitrosamines is of concern. Has longer scorch times than Linkwell TMTD. May be used as retarder in the vulcanisation of polychloroprene rubber.
LINKWELL DMTD is a pharmaceutical intermediates, metallic passivator and antioxidant. It is utilized in a variety of other applications including synthesizing polymers and heavy metal and basic salts; in cross linking halogenated polymers; as an additive in lubricating oils and greases; in electrode compositions; as an intermediate or starting material for pharmaceuticals and dyes; as a chelating agent in the analysis of metals; in purifying and treating waste; and as a biocide.
