Potassium Sorbate is a salt of Sorbic Acid commonly used as a powerful preservative and mould inhibitor. Potassium Sorbate is a Cream coloured product that can be provided as a granule or a powder dependant on the customer's preference when sold to businesses. In terms of taste and odour, it is virtually tasteless and odourless.
