POTATO STARCH SUPERIOR is a natural binding and thickening agent. After boiling, a colorless solution is created which, when cooled, becomes translucent and thick. Suitable i.a. for ready-to-use cake flours and sauce thickeners.

SPECIAL STARCH 6345
SPECIAL STARCH 6345 quickly develops its viscosity in cold water or milk. The starch should be dry premixed with other ingredients such as ground sugar before stirring in to avoid clumping. It has good resistance to shear forces, is baking stable and shows good freeze-thaw properties. In water it is relative transparent. Used together with fruit and food acids it is pH-stable down to a value of 3.5.
