SUNMATCHA GISHIKI is the highest quality Matcha processed from 100% spring crops from Japan. It is 100% organic japanese ceremonial matcha powder (ceremonial grade). Compared to normal green tea, it contains high amounts of chlorophyll and amino acids. To prevent fermentation, the tea leaves are steamed first and dried afterwards. Tea stalks and veins are removed before milling. To withdraw its unique character, much more care is required during cultivation to yield vibrant green colour and full-bodied taste.
