POLYGLYCERYL-10 DIISOSTEARATE
Sunfiber® AF is 100% natural and made from finely milled guar bean splits (Indian guar beans, Cyamopsis tetragonoloba) that are partially hydrolysed. Having minimal taste, colour and odour, Sunfiber® AF has a reduced viscosity. It can be used in higher quantities than conventional guar gum without any risks of lumping or changing the thickness of foods too much. Additionally, it delivers a high content of soluble fiber and exhibits excellent stability with respect to pH, heat, and freeze/thaw conditions.
