JRCURE 1107(907)

JRCURE 1107(907) is an effective photoinitiator. It can be mixed with JRCure 1104 or JRCure 1105 for gloss finish for paper, metal and plastic. It also can be applied in UV offset ink and electronic photo-resist and PCB material. Recommended dosage is 2-6% w/w.
JRCURE 1109(819)

JRCURE 1109(819) is a versatile photoinitiator for radical polymerization of unsaturated resins upon UV and near visible light exposure. With the below three advantages, JRCURE 1109(819) has successfully solved the problems that often frustrate formulators:

I. Good performance of curing pigmented formulations and in outdoor applications, it can be formulated with UV absorbers to gain good weather stability, while without harming the cure speed.

II. Good through-curing of thick coating film.

III. To give a clean white appearance in contrast to the off-white color associated with other long wavelength absorption photoinitiators.

JRCURE 1024(MBZ)

JRCURE 1024(MBZ) is a highly effective free radical type II photoinitiator, mainly in the UV polymerization with tertiary amine, such as clear lacquer, plastic coatings, wood coatings, adhesives, offset printing ink, screen printing ink, flexo ink, and electronic products.
JRCURE 1102(EHA)

JRCURE 1102(EHA) is used as a highly effective amine synergist, together with photoinitiators in the plastic materials coatings, inks and adhesives. Concentrations of 2-5% of 1102 are recommended for technical applications.
